On Vista Beta 2 (public release), both Messenger 7.5 and 8 crash shortly after signing in, saying "MSN Messenger has stopped working" with a "Close" button. How can I cure this?

I have the same problem with windows live messenger 8.0, im running vista on vmware workstation with no AV installed at present. vmware has 512MB RAM and my processor is an AMD athlon 1700.I just kinda gave up on it for now.

Strange, I run MSN 8 no trouble at all. Never tried 7.5 on Vista. (Athlon XP 2500, 512M ram) no AV, actually nothing install yet except msn 8 and vista boot pro (which I recommend for eveyrone!)
